Refund & Returns Policy
Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt provided they are unopened and in their original condition or if they are defective. Return shipping costs are not covered by PC Kiel unless the product is defective. Please contact our customer service to initiate a return.
To process your return:

- Provide proof of purchase.
- Ensure the product is in its original packaging and condition.
Refunds will be processed in the same manner as the original payment was made. Please allow a certain number of days for the refund to be credited to your account, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Exchanges In the case of defective products, you may opt for an exchange instead of a refund. Contact our customer service to arrange an exchange.
